Playing Format:
8 players selected by each society (32 players in total)
Play in 4 BBB stableford using GUI handicaps. If a player does not have a GUI handicap they may use their Society handicap (max 28). Two players from each society will play with 2 players from a different society (cards drawn at random)
Scoring Format. (4BBB stableford, 90% of handicaps):
Best 3 cards from each society totalled with the highest score the winner. In the event that the scores are level the 4th card (discard) will count. In the event that still level the 4th card will be used based on B9, B6, B3 & B1 (usual method). If still level there will be joint winners.
The winning society will be presented with the Perpetual Trophy at a sit down meal afterwards. All participants are expected to attend the meal.
The players from each society will be responsible for the cost of their own golf and sit down meal.
